Nine&Home Policies

1. Shipping Policy

  • Nine&Home delivers to all countries within the European Union.

  • Delivery times range from 3 to 10 working days, depending on the destination.

  • All orders include a tracking code sent by email once dispatch is confirmed.

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. We offer free delivery on orders over €70.

  • Taxes and duties within the EU are already included in the final product price.


2. Returns & Refunds Policy

  • In accordance with European Union consumer law, you have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 calendar days of delivery, without providing a reason.

  • Items must be returned in their original condition, unused, and in their original packaging.

  • Refunds will be processed within 14 days of the returned item reaching our warehouse.

  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, except in cases of faulty or incorrect items.

5. Warranty Policy

  • All Nine&Home products come with a 2-year legal guarantee, as required by European Union law.

  • The warranty covers manufacturing defects but does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, or normal wear and tear.
